Bernard Solnik has been a licensed attorney for over 16 years. He is a highly trained and experienced litigator and trial lawyer handling a broad range of cases and legal disputes.
He graduated from Duke University with honors and in the top rankings of his class at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Before opening his own practice, Mr. Solnik practiced at three of the nation’s top law firms: Shaw Pittman (now Pilsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman), Seyfarth Shaw, and Leventhal Senter & Lerman and received in depth training from top personal injury attorneys.
He is licensed in Maryland, Washington DC, New York, and Connecticut. He associates with local counsel in other states when handling matters in other jurisdictions.
Past and present memberships include the Maryland Ass’n for Justice (formerly the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association), American Ass’n for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), American Bar Association (ABA), Maryland State Bar Ass’n (MSBA), Prince George’s Co. Bar Ass’n, Montgomery Co. Bar Ass’n, and DC Bar Ass’n.
Beyond his legal skills, Mr. Solnik prides himself on giving his clients excellent service, which includes personally returning client’s phone calls and emails promptly, and taking plenty of time to listen and explain. |
