OUR MISSION is to hold hotels and motels accountable when they profit from turning a blind eye to sex trafficking on their property. The law allows survivors to sue hotels and motels for compensation for ignoring the signs that they were being sex trafficked on their property. That money helps survivors rebuild their lives and reclaim their dignity, and those lawsuits can make hotels do far better to prevent sex and human trafficking in the future. Funds generated through our suits will also support organizations dedicated to rescuing victims and aiding other survivors.
OUR METHOD For over 20 years we have successfully sued corporations on behalf of injured individuals. We bring that experience and passion to our work against hotels and motels. Our clients do not pay us unless and until we win for them. Since sex trafficking lawsuits involve sensitive personal matters, we treat our clients with compassion, patience, dignity, and respect. Our team includes advocates with years of experience directly assisting sex trafficking survivors. We also bring the lawsuit under a fictitious name such as Jane Doe.
